Help! Information on Adobe Acrobat files

I am having problems viewing this PDF file, what do I do?

1. First try and click on the file name.

2. If you have tried to left/primary button, click on an Adobe Acrobat file () and you were unable to open it, try these steps.

a. Right/secondary button, click on the file name, a menu will appear with "Save Target As..." will be an option.
b. Select this and note where, on your local drive, you have saved the document.
c. Go to Acrobat on your local computer and start the program.
d. Click File, Open, and browse to where you saved the file.
e. Once you have found the file, click on it and click Open.

3. If your Acrobat fails to properly open the file

a. Close all open windows.
b. Restart your computer.
c. Return to the file giving you troubles and use the procedure outlined in Step 2.
